18th Kapihang Entrepinoy zooms in on People management

People are the most important resource of any organization. Money, machines, materials, methods, and markets are acquired and utilized through people. For all its financial and technical resources, an organization, most often than not, soar or fall because of its people. Thus, acquiring the ability to effectively manage this most important resource is a keystone in any enterprise.

Mr. Jesse Francis Rebustillo, member of the Board of Directors of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Assistant Vice-President for Classified Ads expounded as much during the 18th Kapihang Entrepinoy Business Forum held at Conrado Benitez Hall of the Philippine Women’s University in Taft Avenue, Manila. Regularly held by the Center for Small Entrepreneurs, the Kapihang Entrepinoy brings in micro and small entrepreneurs, students, experts on entrepreneurship, business management and technologies, and government representatives. The forum facilitates the discussion of issues that affect commerce and the economy, in general, as well as business trends and technologies. The 18th Kapihang Entrepinoy held on April 24, 2010 had the theme People Management: Growing Business with Passion to Succeed.
