The Center for Small Entrepreneurs (CSE) will have an Enterprise Enhancement Training Workshop at the Pearl Manila Hotel, Taft Avenue, Manila on September 29, 30 and October 1, 2010.

The EETW is a venue for business owners and employees holding key functions to create a concrete vision for the enterprise which will serve as a guide in planning and enhancing operations.  The lectures and workshop shall cover vital business concerns such as:

                             1.  Corporate Vision setting
                             2.  Marketing Design
                             3.  Staffing and Compensation
                             4.  Production Planning
                             5.  Costing and Pricing
                             6.  Financial Assessment and Planning

The EETW is not only a lecture session but a practical workshop where participants make use of their actual business information leading them to a business plan that they just need to polish after a three-day training workshop.

Several enterprise operate everyday without a Business Plan, this is the opportunity for you to make one.  FOR A MINIMAL FEE OF SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P6,500.00), you will be able to finally make a practically workeable business plan that you can use to gain the profit you've been aiming for.
